Cancellation Policy & Instructions
Radaris developed the following policy and instructions to help you cancel subscriptions:
You can cancel your subscription at any time simply by logging into your account and selecting “My Membership” from the “Account” drop-down menu at the top right. You will see “My Membership” box, where you can click on “Deactivate” next to your active account. Your membership will be cancelled immediately and no further charges will be billed.
Alternatively, you can write to us at, [email protected], and a representative will assist you in your request.
If you were already charged a subscription fee, please contact our customer service department and we will be happy to issue a refund for any unused membership that was charged to your account.
